Agreement

• By accessing or using ChatLegend, you agree to these Terms and our Rules.
• If you do not agree, do not use the service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including child safety and content laws.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the service.
• Some communities are age-restricted (for example, 18+). You must not access age-restricted areas if you do not meet the required age.
• Do not misrepresent your age. Attempts to bypass age gates may result in suspension or termination.

Accounts & Security

• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share accounts or attempt to access others’ accounts.
• We may limit, block, or challenge suspicious logins and abusive activity.

Hosted Platform & Communities

• Community owners manage their communities; ChatLegend provides hosting, deployment, and platform tooling.
• We may perform maintenance, upgrades, and migrations as needed.
• We may refuse, suspend, or remove a community or server slot that violates these Terms or our Rules.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Users may post text, images, links, and other content (“User Content”). You are responsible for the content you post and share.
• Do not post anything illegal, abusive, or that violates our Rules.
• We may moderate User Content using a combination of automated tools and human review.
• If you see a violation, report it using in-app reporting tools or email support@chatlegend.com.

Sexual Content Policy (Platform-Wide)

• No child sexual content. Any sexual content involving minors (or that appears to involve minors) is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
• No sexual exploitation, grooming, or predatory behavior.
• No pornography. Do not post pornographic content, including explicit sexual acts, explicit nudity intended for sexual arousal, or sexual services.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery (real or AI-generated), including “revenge porn.”
• Age-restricted communities may discuss mature topics, but must still comply with these rules.

Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

• We provide tools to report users, messages, communities, and media.
• We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and/or disable communities for violations.
• Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.
• We may preserve and share information as required by law or to respond to lawful requests.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, stalking, or incitement of violence.
• Sexual exploitation, grooming, predatory behavior, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Any attempt to bypass age gates, moderation tools, or safety systems.
• Malware, phishing, scams, fraud, or account takeover attempts.
• Spam, flooding, disruptive automation, or denial-of-service behavior.

Intellectual Property

• Platform design, branding, and code are owned by ChatLegend or its licensors.
• You retain rights to content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display it to operate the service.
• You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected components, except as allowed by law.

Billing, Server Slots, and Refunds

• Payments may be required for server slots, add-ons, or custom development.
• Processing times may vary due to payment provider review and risk checks.
• Refunds: If we cannot provide a server slot due to policy or compliance reasons, we will refund eligible unused service fees. Third-party license purchases or external software costs may be non-refundable.
• Non-payment may result in feature restrictions, slot suspension, or termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• ChatLegend is not responsible for User Content posted by users or community owners.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 30 days (or the minimum required by law).

Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access (including communities/server slots) for violations or to protect the platform and users.
